OUR SATISFACTION GUARANTEED POLICY
You may return any item for refund/credit or exchange for any reason if it is in "resalable" condition within 30 days. (This policy does not apply to video tapes, books, or custom made items.) There is a restocking fee for non defective merchandise of 15%. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear that results from the use of our products.
Use of our products in a manner other than that for which they were manufactured also nullifies this warranty. Please call 1-647-688-5461 oremailourcustomer service department if you have any questions or concerns regarding our warranty policy.
If a product develops a problem or is not useable due to a manufacturer's defect, send all returns to:

It is recommended that you send all returns back via Canada post or UPS Ground. Send your package insured and postage paid. There will be no credits or refunds for return shipping charges. If you request that we replace or exchange an item you will be responsible for paying the re-shipping charges.
